e5877bd8e0 Introduce name-based methods for access to named ranges in a workbook, and deprecate the old index-based methods. 
Re-organise internally to use a map so that lookup is O(1) rather than O(n ranges).

Add a dependency on commons collections 4, also ASL licensed so no problem.

aec95a4491 Function PROPER: Don't use a regular expression syntax that is not available on Android. Actually the use of regular expression in this case was overkill, slow and even incorrect in corner cases, the function can be done without regex easily and runs a bit faster anyway (microBench is down from 4sec to 2s) 
Also added a unit-test to ensure the behavior stays the same (except in cases where it needed fixing, e.g. some toUppercase() leads to more than one character which was handled incorrectly)

48eb5c521b improve unit test coverage on CellReference. 
Add note that _sheetName can be null or empty string, depending on the entry-point.
Throw an exception when parsing a string if sheet name is not quoted and contains a space.

9d58a47e0c bug 58787: reintegrate changes from ss_border_property_template branch at r1748074. The BorderPropertyTemplate allows changes to border formatting to be staged in a template and applied to a sheet at a later time. This reduces the number of intermediate styles created, reduces interactions with cell objects (CellUtil.get/setCellProperties), and makes it easier to make the same formatting changes to multiple sheets. This utility can currently apply border line style and border color. This utility also adds the ability to add a border around a cell range rather than a single cell. Contributed by Mark Murphy.

344b9d9884 remove public convenience methods that let the user avoid creating a CellAddress object. Having the user provide a CellAddress increases the chance the user-provided object will be reused if possible. This also moves the validation of the CellAddress object outside of this BorderPropertyTemplate class (easier to debug), improves readability, and runs slightly faster since the CellAddress is needed anyways as a key.

aad52afa12 The changes for using AccessController/SecurityManager also added a log which now spams a lot if log is enabled in integration-tests, reduce it a bit by not trying to call "cleaner()" on HeapByteBuffer which does not have it for sure

c68a9e4c02 Regression analysis: the additional testing of cloning sheets showed a 
possible ArrayIndexOutOfBounds error which we can avoid to make cloning
fail a bit less.

5fad9af36f #41047 - Support hyperlinks in HSLF shapes and textruns 
#47291 - Cannot open link correctly which insert in ppt

HSLF hyperlink code was all over the place - moved most of it into HSLFHyperlink
extended common sl for hyperlinks
extended XSLF shape linking and added XSLFTextShape.appendText to go along with HSLF
adapted/fixed documentation
added convenience methods to the hyperlink classes to address the different targets
