56f6179251 Adding notice on ABOUT-NLS indicating that --with-included-gettext does not apply to Wget. This change made so ABOUT-NLS may be reinstated upon merging, to satisfy automake's requirement that ABOUT-NLS be present. 2008-03-20 10:23:08 -07:00
