Instead of hard coding this value in, pass around the new POIFSBigBlockSize object that holds the size and various helper subsizes. Changed to use HSSFCell as key into cache entry map. Reduced dependency information storage for blank cells. Introduced EvaluationSheet and EvaluationCell interfaces.
