* explicit removeEventListener('close') in overlay.js
Them titlebar is preventing fake close/minimize buttons to fire needed events
(close, WM_SYSCOMMAND). So, until Bug 827880 is fixed, hides_on_minimize
doesn't work with the menubar hidden.
