Dominik Stadler 7cb15d81db Change logger.log to System.out to print out one line for each file that is handled in the test, otherwise it is sometimes impossible to see where the test stopped (e.g. on timeout), enabling POILogger leads to 400MB logs, which is usually too much to handle...

Dominik Stadler 8b10d4d71b Tried to evaluate all formulas in worksheets as part of the integration tests, but some documents fail and it probably increases runtime of tests considerably, so left commented out for now.
