Add a test-suite which performs integration/stress tests which load and handle all stored test files in various ways.
...
It works by using handlers for each type of file which perform various operations on the files, e.g. loading,
iterating content, modify, ... This will trigger changes which break working with the available test-files and
thus provides another layer of regression testing which hopefully prevents some failures from making it into
releases.
It is runnable via a new ant-target 'test-integration' and also added to the jenkins-target.

Fail build if test-cases fail in OOXMLLite execution to avoid missing included schema-classes. Also adjust how we look for test-classes so that we print out the ones that we skip with known ones excluded. Also print out skipped inner classes.

Adjust build.xml to run JaCoCo coverage when running unit tests when
...
flag coverage.enabled is set to true, download necessary jars, add jacoco:coverage
to junit targets and a testcoveragereport target which produces the coverage report.
Also fix a test that is affected by JaCoCo and add slightly more coverage in another test.

changed build.xml to download all jar from a single location: http://repo1.maven.org , Gump failed many times in March 2009 because of timeout when downloading jars from ibiblio.org

Attempt to fix GUMP build error due to case mismatch on package part 'INPUT' (doesn't happen on all platforms). In addition svn+win has difficulties with case-sensitive renames. 'INPUT' was renamed to 'data' for consistency with rest of POI.

improved tasks for making Maven artifacts1. maven-dist is now obsolete, maven artifacts are taken from dist2. release manager should use 'mvn deploy:deploy-file' to deploy POI artifacts, dist/mvn-deploy.sh is automatically generated by the maven-poms task3. each poi module now has its own pom template in the ./maven directory

junit should run with fork=yes, this option is important for gump wich operates in the -Dbuild.sysclasspath=only. ooxml-testcases were the case

1. moved ooxml enums into interfaces-jdk15, they are common and should be in the place as the interfaces 2. removed obsolete and deprecated classes 3. Fixed XSSFWorkbook.cloneSheet. Now it makes a 'true' deep copy of a sheet 4. ooxml has a compile-time dependency on scratchpad, fixed build.xml to reflect that
