Daniel Stenberg c38c339480 Song Ma found a memory leak in the if2ip code if you pass in an interface 
name longer than the name field of the ifreq struct (typically 6 bytes), as
then it wouldn't close the used dummy socket.

Original file name getopt.c  Initial import into the c-ares source tree
on 2007-04-11.  Lifted from version 5.2 of the 'Open Mash' project with
the modified BSD license, BSD license without the advertising clause.

Dan Fandrich 70cce4cddd Work around an out of memory situation in Curl_ftp_done instead of 
returning an error code, to allow connections to be torn down
cleanly since this function can be called AFTER an OOM situation
has already been reached.

Daniel Stenberg 7cbbd1b56b 41. When doing an operation over FTP that requires the ACCT command (but not 
when logging in), the operation will fail since libcurl does detect this and
  thus fails to issue the correct command:
