Daniel Stenberg 34af02caca Disable memdebug for the allocs done by the app, unless CURLTOOLDEBUG is 
defined (which it never is atm).

Now, we can focus on making 'runtests -t [num]' work on all test cases and
we should never leak nor crash.

Daniel Stenberg 87e7f4f688 Use the z-option to printf %d for size_t printf. z is supported by the 
libcurl *printf and by Linux printf(). This should make the code work nicely
