Daniel Stenberg 3a8210c975 Resume is now done with a Content-Range header instead of a Range header if 
the request isn't GET. Presumably, this is how it should be made.

Daniel Stenberg c331ef02f9 The check for that content-range is received must only be made if we requested 
GET resume. Other resumes are upload-wise and don't care about this header
in the download stream
