build: fix circular header inclusion with other packages This commit renames lib/setup.h to lib/curl_setup.h and renames lib/setup_once.h to lib/curl_setup_once.h. Removes the need and usage of a header inclusion guard foreign to libcurl. [1] Removes the need and presence of an alarming notice we carried in old setup_once.h [2] ---------------------------------------- 1 - lib/setup_once.h used __SETUP_ONCE_H macro as header inclusion guard up to commit ec691ca3 which changed this to HEADER_CURL_SETUP_ONCE_H, this single inclusion guard is enough to ensure that inclusion of lib/setup_once.h done from lib/setup.h is only done once. Additionally lib/setup.h has always used __SETUP_ONCE_H macro to protect inclusion of setup_once.h even after commit ec691ca3, this was to avoid a circular header inclusion triggered when building a c-ares enabled version with c-ares sources available which also has a setup_once.h header. Commit ec691ca3 exposes the real nature of __SETUP_ONCE_H usage in lib/setup.h, it is a header inclusion guard foreign to libcurl belonging to c-ares's setup_once.h The renaming this commit does, fixes the circular header inclusion, and as such removes the need and usage of a header inclusion guard foreign to libcurl. Macro __SETUP_ONCE_H no longer used in libcurl. 2 - Due to the circular interdependency of old lib/setup_once.h and the c-ares setup_once.h header, old file lib/setup_once.h has carried back from 2006 up to now days an alarming and prominent notice about the need of keeping libcurl's and c-ares's setup_once.h in sync. Given that this commit fixes the circular interdependency, the need and presence of mentioned notice is removed. All mentioned interdependencies come back from now old days when the c-ares project lived inside a curl subdirectory. This commit removes last traces of such fact.

*
* FormAdd()
2004-06-03 09:03:57 -04:00
*
* Stores a formpost parameter and builds the appropriate linked list.
*
* Has two principal functionalities: using files and byte arrays as
* post parts. Byte arrays are either copied or just the pointer is stored
* (as the user requests) while for files only the filename and not the
* content is stored.
*
* While you may have only one byte array for each name, multiple filenames
* are allowed (and because of this feature CURLFORM_END is needed after
* using CURLFORM_FILE).
*
* Examples:
*
* Simple name/value pair with copied contents:
* curl_formadd (&post, &last, CURLFORM_COPYNAME, "name",
* CURLFORM_COPYCONTENTS, "value", CURLFORM_END);
*
* name/value pair where only the content pointer is remembered:
* curl_formadd (&post, &last, CURLFORM_COPYNAME, "name",
* CURLFORM_PTRCONTENTS, ptr, CURLFORM_CONTENTSLENGTH, 10, CURLFORM_END);
* (if CURLFORM_CONTENTSLENGTH is missing strlen () is used)
*
* storing a filename (CONTENTTYPE is optional!):
* curl_formadd (&post, &last, CURLFORM_COPYNAME, "name",
* CURLFORM_FILE, "filename1", CURLFORM_CONTENTTYPE, "plain/text",
* CURLFORM_END);
*
* storing multiple filenames:
* curl_formadd (&post, &last, CURLFORM_COPYNAME, "name",
* CURLFORM_FILE, "filename1", CURLFORM_FILE, "filename2", CURLFORM_END);
*
* Returns:
* CURL_FORMADD_OK on success
* CURL_FORMADD_MEMORY if the FormInfo allocation fails
* CURL_FORMADD_OPTION_TWICE if one option is given twice for one Form
* CURL_FORMADD_NULL if a null pointer was given for a char
* CURL_FORMADD_MEMORY if the allocation of a FormInfo struct failed
* CURL_FORMADD_UNKNOWN_OPTION if an unknown option was used
* CURL_FORMADD_INCOMPLETE if the some FormInfo is not complete (or error)
* CURL_FORMADD_MEMORY if a HttpPost struct cannot be allocated
* CURL_FORMADD_MEMORY if some allocation for string copying failed.
* CURL_FORMADD_ILLEGAL_ARRAY if an illegal option is used in an array

(Quote from The Open Group Base Specifications Issue 6 IEEE Std 1003.1, 2004
Edition)
The basename() function shall take the pathname pointed to by path and
return a pointer to the final component of the pathname, deleting any
trailing '/' characters.
If the string pointed to by path consists entirely of the '/' character,
basename() shall return a pointer to the string "/". If the string pointed
to by path is exactly "//", it is implementation-defined whether '/' or "//"
is returned.
If path is a null pointer or points to an empty string, basename() shall
return a pointer to the string ".".
The basename() function may modify the string pointed to by path, and may
return a pointer to static storage that may then be overwritten by a
subsequent call to basename().
The basename() function need not be reentrant. A function that is not
required to be reentrant is not required to be thread-safe.
