CodeForFame	be94d13fbe	Re-wrote the 'CacheHandler' and made it generic, and made it actually work... (added the Apache Collections library) ... Replaced non-time-critical currentTimeMillis with a call to GameEngine.getTime which is updated multiple times per server tick.	2011-05-13 05:22:12 -05:00
