#3040 give em to the distro packagers + LUS submodule bump (#3119)
* implement for install method packagers

* use std::filesystem::temp_directory_path

* absolutely impeccable

* include libultraship proof

* fix windows compilation

* rename "Installation" back to "Bundle"
