* Fix controller

* Also fix rumble strength being a bool

* Remove ControllerHud.cpp

* Downgrade platform toolset back to previous version

* Fix bug that makes binding axes difficult and clear buttons before reading

* Initial controller hud ui

* Reverted fbdemo changes
