[svn] Retired the `boolean' type. Renamed FREE_MAYBE to xfree_null and moved the
definition from wget.h to xmalloc.h. Moved the DEFAULT_LOGFILE
define to log.h. Moved the INFINITE_RECURSION define to recur.h.
