RS String is a codename for a custom string data-type used in the RuneScape protocol. <br />
The string data-type is used to hold a series of characters in order to form a message.
===Old Engine Protocol===
In the old engine client, the RS String datatype is delimited by a newline character (value "\n").
===New Engine Protocol===
In the new-engine client, the RS String datatype is delimited by a null byte (value 0).
