Nick Burch	c3c4e4f2f7	Add initial low level code for HMEF, an implementation of TNEF (aka winmail.dat). Nick Burch	cbf86ed0bc	Improve the HDGF LZW code. ... Some tweaks to the decompression, and more tests, but mostly work on the compression side. We can now compress small streams properly, and these round-trip fine.
