Add tests for initial patch applied by Nick in r1582892
Fix and test AreaReference#isWholeColumnReference to take account of the prevailing spreadsheet version. Fixing all users of this is a big undertaking, so for now I've left a fallback on the original behaviour for some cases.

Use a different arbitrary value for the ID of the comment shape type. This appears to prevent Excel >= 2010 from turning POI-written comments into the wrong shape (giant curved arrow).

Make POIXMLDocument implement Closeable as it holds an OCPPackage with open resources and thus should be closed after usage. Until now only XSSFWorkbook did this, but it makes sense for all derived classes.

Also make close() in POIXMLDocument public to not have to re-implement it in all sub-classes.

Add missing close() of resources in both production code and tests
...
Use revert() instead of close() on OCPPackage in some places to not re-write the file unnecessarily.
This should now run tests without leftover file handles when checked with file leak detector and
allows to find newly introduced cases more easily.

Add a test-suite which performs integration/stress tests which load and handle all stored test files in various ways.
...
It works by using handlers for each type of file which perform various operations on the files, e.g. loading,
iterating content, modify, ... This will trigger changes which break working with the available test-files and
thus provides another layer of regression testing which hopefully prevents some failures from making it into
releases.
It is runnable via a new ant-target 'test-integration' and also added to the jenkins-target.

Removed some custom classloading code, which doesn't make sense anymore
...
Tested a few other timestamp providers
limited the use of the additional libraries to xml dsign classes while running the junit tests

Seems we have slow connection on the Apache Jenkins instance. Thus allow one specific test to fail with a specific ConnectException as we see this happening sometimes in Jenkins but should not fail the unit test suite of POI because of such infrastructure problems
