Nice and small change here... Update the formula parser code to use usermodel.HSSFWorkbook instead of model.Workbook. This should keep things a bit cleaner, and make it much easier for the formula code to work with XSSF

Applying the copy2license.pl script (with tiny modification to allow for more whitespace than it expects in the POI header) to all files. ant jar succeeds, and the svn diff has been verified by eye. Still more files to do, this is the first pass.

Made a bit of a meal out of the Shared formula patch, some of our test cases failed. Guess that is a good thing. Now working.

Committed patch provided in Bug 40024. Avik, sorry bet you to it.
Committed a patch to Bug 13249. HSSF will now raise an exception if a name is provided that is case-insensitive match to an existing name. In addition the getNameIndex now performs a case-insensitive search. This now matches excel behaviour.

This patch fixes writeing VERY long > 8228 character strings. Existing SST serialisation had problem with calculation and writing to multiple continue records.
Also fixed some test case errors introduced by my last patch for DBCell and IndexRecords

Some fixes to the branch. Lots left to do. Boolean records aren't supported at all. Empty spreadsheets have issues but this is a start on getting things healthy again.

Patch to support reading in Shared Formulas

1) Added new Record: SharedFormulaRecord that is basically a storage area
2) Enabled ExpPtg to store and serialize data for repeating formulas
3) Updated the aggregates to store the SharedFormulaRecord appropriately
