Added testtargets task that checks all targets indipendently (cleans in between).
It builds succesfully here.
Also changed gump target to run testtargets and then testmodule.

Fixed compilation for the separate jars, moved the centipede splash task under
the centipede cent and made the gui splash not load if the OS is unix type.
