Javen O'Neal 068bb510be bug 57840: add javadocs (warn about stale XSSFTable cache), remove rowIndex argument from calls to FormulaParser.parse(String, FormulaParsingWorkbook, FormulaType, int sheetIndex) when rowIndex is irrelevant, clear xmlColumnPr and commonXPath during updateHeaders so that users have a mechanism to clear invalidated cached values

David North 2dc93d4411 Fix for https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=58466 
ColumnHelper now preserves information on multiple changes to the same group, hopefully while preserving the faster implementation intended by the original patch.

NB changes to TestXSSFSheet: the behaviour of column group collapsing/expanding is now closer to what Excel does than before.

Nick Burch e1000f257e When finding the CTCol object for a XSSF Sheet column, as we often have to traverse most of the list, and we are mostly reading not changing, switch to fetching all the objects as an array in one go, rather than fetching one at a time, which is hopefully faster. Aims to help bug #56556
