These changes introduce the following HPSF enhancements and fixes:

- Section dictionaries (aka custom properties) can be written now.
- Constructor MutableProperty(PropertySet) sets the class ID correctly now.
- Possible invalid section count fixed
- More testcases
- Cosmetics
