Trying to fix up this autotools stuff a bit more. * Greatly simplify and de-obfuscate the autogen and autoclean code. * Add a bunch of the autotools required files to the repository. Patch ltmain on autoreconf We used to carry a patched version of ltmain in our repos to fix libtools issues with -Wl,-as-needed.
