Remove support for, references to and use of "cyaSSL" from the source
and docs. wolfSSL is the current name and there's no point in keeping
references to ancient history.

You'll find a mix of various documentation in this directory and
subdirectories, using several different formats. Some of them are not ideal
for reading directly in your browser.
