Also heavily edited for content. Removed lots of old cruft that we added like 10+ years ago that is likely incorrect by now. Also removed INSTALL.devcpp for same reason.
Documentation
You'll find a mix of various documentation in this directory and subdirectories, using several different formats. Some of them are not ideally for reading directly in your browser.
