 o use-after-free issue with HTTP transfers with the multi interface
 o the progress callback can get called more frequently
 o timeout would restart when signal caught while awaiting socket events
 o curl -f with user+password embedded in the URL
 o 26 flaws identified by coverity.com
 o builds on QNX 6 again
