Yang Tse e19917296f OS400/initscript.sh: fix db2_name() module name generation 
Allow repeatable file name length reduction on file names with underscore or
dash characters. This is done in order to better support libcurl's existing
source file names and allow OS/400 package to build out of the box again.

VMS builder bad behavior when used in a batch job.

Various ".LIS" and ".MAP" files created without being requested
by a "LIST" command-line option, and in the wrong place, too.

Some minor typographical changes.

With the curl memory tracking feature decoupled from the debug build feature,
CURLDEBUG and DEBUGBUILD preprocessor symbol definitions are used as follows:

CURLDEBUG used for curl debug memory tracking specific code (--enable-curldebug)

DEBUGBUILD used for debug enabled specific code (--enable-debug)
