Daniel Stenberg 70ad8a0b2b Using CURLOPT_POST without using CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS caused us to strlen() 
a NULL pointer. Now, we treat a missing CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS as if there is
no data to send.

Daniel Stenberg 2cf45f68b0 Curl_FormFree renamed to Curl_formclean, as it turns out VMS for example 
requires all global symbols to be *case insentively* unique! curl_formfree
is a global function we shouldn't touch.
