instead of the pseudo-POSIX paths /cygdrive/c/ or just /c/

Don't use Windows path %PWD for SSH tests
All these tests failed on Windows because something like
sftp://%HOSTIP:%SSHPORT%PWD/
expanded to
sftp://127.0.0.1:1234c:/msys64/home/bla/curl
and then curl complained about the port number ending with a letter.

Use the original POSIX path instead of the Windows path created in
checksystem to fix this.

e32fe30d0c enabled valgrind
I ran it now successfully and it helped to pinpoint a libssh2

040a4443a1 Added tests 622-625 to test SFTP/SCP uploads. Test 625 was an attempt to
reproduce the --ftp-create-dirs problem reported by Brian Ulm, but that
seems to need a call curl_easy_reset() which this test case doesn't do.
