tests: use %TESTNUMBER instead of fixed number 
This makes the tests easier to copy and relocate to other test numbers
without having to update content.

ftp: avoid SIZE when asking for a TYPE A file 
... as we ignore it anyway because servers don't report the correct size
and proftpd even blatantly returns a 550.

Updates a set of tests accordingly.

61d259f950 FTP: access files in root dir correctly 
Accessing a file with an absolute path in the root dir but with no
directory specified was not handled correctly. This fix comes with four
new test cases that verify it.

4efa0d9f68 ftp@example.com is now the new anonymous FTP password. I opted for 'ftp' on 
the left side of @ to make it short(er).

33bea767eb Convert (most of) the test data files into genuine XML. A handful still 
are not, due mainly to the lack of support for XML character entities
(e.g. & => & ).  This will make it easier to validate test files using
tools like xmllint, as well as edit and view them using XML tools.

77268e0649 Joe Halpin made the FTP code send 'QUIT' on the control connection before 
it disconnects the TCP connection, like a good ftp client should!
