Daniel Stenberg c7e491f9c2 lib man pages: update easy setopt option references 
... by using the "\fIopt(3)\fP" syntax they will be linked properly when
the web version of the page is generated.

Daniel Stenberg 2a4ee0d221 FILE: we don't support paused transfers using this protocol 
Make sure that we detect such attempts and return a proper error code
instead of silently handling this in problematic ways.

Updated the documentation to mention this limitation.

Daniel Stenberg b5478a0e03 curl_easy_pause: on unpause, trigger mulit-socket handling 
When the multi-socket API is used, we need the handle to be checked
again when it gets unpaused.
