Daniel Stenberg	b3de497d83	Dmitry Kurochkin worked a lot on improving the HTTP Pipelining support that ... previously had a number of flaws, perhaps most notably when an application fired up N transfers at once as then they wouldn't pipeline at all that nicely as anyone would think... Dan Fandrich	33bea767eb	Convert (most of) the test data files into genuine XML. A handful still ... are not, due mainly to the lack of support for XML character entities (e.g. & => &amp; ).
