Dan Fandrich 33bea767eb Convert (most of) the test data files into genuine XML. A handful still 
are not, due mainly to the lack of support for XML character entities
(e.g. & => & ).  This will make it easier to validate test files using
tools like xmllint, as well as edit and view them using XML tools.

Daniel Stenberg 14424f7058 Modified the FTP server to use the new 'sockfilt' program to do all the socket 
level stuff. The FTP server communicates with sockfilt using perl's open2().
This enables easier IPv6 support and hopefully FTP-SSL support in the future.
Added four test cases for FTP-ipv6.

Daniel Stenberg f193ab4b59 Peter Pentchev found two problems. One realloc problem that could allocate 
too little data, and one case of not zero-terminating the returned string.

I chose a slightly different patch than the one Peter provided.
