libcurl - Win32 DLL Debug
libcurl - Win32 DLL Release
libcurl - Win32 LIB Debug
libcurl - Win32 LIB Release

Yang Tse 19479ea021 Internal time differences now use monotonic time source if available. 
This also implies the removal of the winmm.lib dependency for WIN32.
