Daniel Stenberg 232a4553b8 Upped the buffer size to 17000+ bytes to prepare for the upcoming test 1003 
that verfies ridiculously long server response lines. Also changed sprintf
to snprintf in a few places.

Daniel Stenberg a53ba060c8 start the retry delay at 10 ms, double it for every failed attempt which makes 
it 10 seconds delay after 11 attempts

Daniel Stenberg 14424f7058 Modified the FTP server to use the new 'sockfilt' program to do all the socket 
level stuff. The FTP server communicates with sockfilt using perl's open2().
This enables easier IPv6 support and hopefully FTP-SSL support in the future.
Added four test cases for FTP-ipv6.
