Gisle Vanem 6f8e3f106a Set OpenSSL path to same as in ../lib/Makefile.vc6. 
Import lib is now "libcurl_imp.lib".

Daniel Stenberg 34af02caca Disable memdebug for the allocs done by the app, unless CURLTOOLDEBUG is 
defined (which it never is atm).

Now, we can focus on making 'runtests -t [num]' work on all test cases and
we should never leak nor crash.
