The API is soon two years old and deserves being shown as the primary
way to drive multi code as it makes it much easier to write code.

This example has repeatedly been reported to contain bugs, and as users
copy and paste code from this into production, I now deem it better to
not provide the example at all.

- Revert all commits related to the SASL authzid feature since the next
release will be a patch release, 7.65.1.
Prior to this change CURLOPT_SASL_AUTHZID / --sasl-authzid was destined
for the next release, assuming it would be a feature release 7.66.0.
However instead the next release will be a patch release, 7.65.1 and
will not contain any new features.
After the patch release after the reverted commits can be restored by
using cherry-pick:

... now with a -formadd suffix. While the new mime API is introduced in
7.56.0 we must acknowledge that lots of users can't upgrade their curl
versions immediately.
Additional mime-specific tests.
Existing tests updated to reflect small differences (Expect: 100-continue,
data size change due to empty lines, etc).
Option -F headers= keyword added to tests.
test1135 disabled until the entry point order change is resolved.
New example smtp-mime.
Examples postit2 and multi-post converted from form API to mime API.
