Daniel Stenberg	a6315359d7	Max Katsev reported that when doing a libcurl FTP request with ... CURLOPT_NOBODY enabled but not CURLOPT_HEADER, libcurl wouldn't do TYPE before it does SIZE which makes it less useful.
