Gisle Vanem e53f139925 Add "-DCURL_STATICLIB" for static build. 
Add ../lib/timeval.c for objects.

Gisle Vanem 6f8e3f106a Set OpenSSL path to same as in ../lib/Makefile.vc6. 
Import lib is now "libcurl_imp.lib".
Some cleanup and making it more readable.

Daniel Stenberg 82d6cfa7fc Peter Wullinger pointed out that curl should call setlocale() properly to 
initiate the specific language operations, to make the IDN stuff work better.
