runtests: provide curl's version string as %VERSION for tests
... so that we can check HTTP requests for User-Agent: curl/%VERSION
Update 600+ test cases accordingly.

test suite: stop conversion of valid output to CRLF on Windows
Since the output isn't actually being written in text-mode and it
was rather used as a workaround, disable text-mode for these tests.

Created test cases 1080 and 1081 to reproduce a problem of
CURLINFO_REDIRECT_URL leaking memory and returning incorrect results when
two URLs are requested. Reported by vmpdemo in bug #2152270
