Daniel Stenberg	6d176bee59	http: make 416 not fail with resume + CURLOPT_FAILONERRROR ... When asked to resume a download, libcurl will convert that to HTTP logic and if then the entire file is already transferred it will result in a 416 response from the HTTP server. With CURLOPT_FAILONERRROR set in that scenario, it should *not* lead to an error return. Patrick Monnerat	09d16af49a	http resume: skip body if http code 416 (range error) is ignored. ... This avoids appending error data to already existing good data. Test 92 is updated to match this change. New test 1156 checks all combinations of --range/--resume, --fail, Content-Range header and http status code 200/416.
