Jay Satiro 19ca40100b curl_global_init.3: Add Windows-specific info for init via DLL 
- Add to both curl_global_init.3 and libcurl.3 the caveat for Windows
that initializing libcurl via a DLL's DllMain or static initializer
could cause a deadlock.

Zdenek Pavlas 57ccdfa8d2 curl_global_init: accept the CURL_GLOBAL_ACK_EINTR flag 
The flag can be used in pycurl-based applications where using the multi
interface would not be acceptable because of the performance lost caused
by implementing the select() loop in python.

Daniel Stenberg 6f6b93da02 [Hiper-related work] Added a function called curl_multi_assign() that will 
set a private pointer added to the internal libcurl hash table for the
particular socket passed in to this function.

Daniel Stenberg 4c35a40858 Bryan Henderson turned the 'initialized' variable for curl_global_init() 
into a counter, and thus you can now do multiple curl_global_init() and you
are then supposed to do the same amount of calls to curl_global_cleanup().
Bryan also updated the docs accordingly.

Daniel Stenberg 598965a606 clarified that curl_global_init() isn't thread-safe and that it might affect 
curl_easy_init() if you don't call curl_global_init() explicitly in your app

Daniel Stenberg bbafb2eb27 curl_global_init_mem() allows the memory functions to be replaced. 
memory.h is included everywhere for this.
