Yamada Yasuharu ecc4940df2 curl_easy_recv/send: make them work with the multi interface 
By making sure Curl_getconnectinfo() uses the correct connection cache
to find the last connection.

Daniel Stenberg c7e491f9c2 lib man pages: update easy setopt option references

Daniel Stenberg 514592b892 - Introducing curl_easy_send() and curl_easy_recv(). They can be used to send 
and receive data over a connection previously setup with curl_easy_perform()
  and its CURLOPT_CONNECT_ONLY option. The sendrecv.c example was added to
  show how they can be used.
