Daniel Stenberg 94c6a5eeab Jean-Philippe Barrette-LaPierre made buildconf run better on Mac OS X by 
properly using glibtoolize instead of plain libtoolize. (This is made if
glibtool was found and used instead of plain libtool.)

Daniel Stenberg 9fadfffb9d when checking the automake version, cut off trailing "-p[whatever]" from the 
version string before doing the version number checks.
