describes, Bob Schader's research seems to agree.

Daniel Stenberg 3a8210c975 Resume is now done with a Content-Range header instead of a Range header if 
the request isn't GET. Presumably, this is how it should be made.

Daniel Stenberg f0b9aefd2e Curl_read() and Curl_write() are now used for reading/writing sockets.

Daniel Stenberg 349a3aaf5b Made it possible to replace the Content-Type: and Content-Length: headers 
curl issues when doing a regular HTTP post. This should not be taken light-
heartedly though. Replacing them might get you into trouble!
