Daniel Stenberg c8d2ad2513 now -F supports 'filename=blabla' for parts that upload a file, to set the 
filename field of that part. A typical example line could look like:

-F 'name=@filename;filename=/dev/null'

This can be combined with type= too, in a manner similar to:

-F "file=@log/test39.txt;filename=fakerfile;type=moo/foobar"

Daniel Stenberg d9459b54d9 better treatment of the config->errors, only fclose() this if it was 
truly fopen()ed. It could end up fclose()ing a NULL as discovered by
Clifford Wolf.

Daniel Stenberg c63ca99c1c when the file name given to -T is used to build an upload path, the local 
directory part is now stripped off and only the actual file name part will be
used
