Starting with some recent OpenSSL versions (1.0.0e was mentioned) linking with a static openssl requires a set of more libs to be linked on Windows. Pierre Joye	76ac6b94ed	Windows build: alternative makefile ... This is a separate makefile for MSVC builds.
