curl_multi_fdset.3: emphasize curl_multi_timeout 
... even when there's no socket to wait for, the timeout can still be
very short.

Elaborate what max_fd == -1 means

Remove the reference to CURLM_CALL_MULTI_PERFORM as modern libcurl
versions don't ever return that.

Daniel Stenberg 2d6796aac5 curl_multi_fdset: avoid FD_SET out of bounds 
If a socket is larger than FD_SETSIZE, avoid using FD_SET() on the
platforms where this is possible.
