5.6 cmake support gaps
The cmake build setup lacks several features that the autoconf build
offers. This includes:
- symbol hiding when the shared library is built
- use of correct soname for the shared library build
- support for several TLS backends are missing
- the unit tests cause link failures in regular non-static builds
- no nghttp2 check
