FTP: renamed several local functions

The previous naming scheme ftp_state_post_XXXX() wasn't really helpful
as it wasn't always immediately after 'xxxx' and it wasn't easy to
understand what it does based on such a name.

This new one is instead ftp_state_yyyy() where yyyy describes what it
does or sends.
