I have next to no hope of fixing more bugs before 7.19.7 so all are now moved to 7.19.8. I removed the bugs already in KNOWN_BUGS (but they should of course still get fixed). Added three recent bugs. 7.19.8 is targetted to get shipped in Janurary 2010

- Vijay G filed bug report #2723236 (http://curl.haxx.se/bug/view.cgi?id=2723236) identifying a problem with libcurl's TFTP code and its lack of dealing with the OACK packet.
